摘要
为了研究碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)部分包裹的圆钢管混凝土短柱轴压性能和破坏机理,本文进行了8根组合短柱的轴压试验,探讨了钢管强度、CFRP布包裹层数、CFRP布包裹间距等参数对试件轴压性能的影响。通过对破坏模式、轴压荷载(N)-轴向变形(δ)曲线、钢管和CFRP应变响应等试验结果的分析,揭示了CFRP部分包裹圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱的受力机理,提出了组合短柱的轴压承载力计算公式,研究结果将为CFRP在实际工程中的应用提供科学依据。
To explore axial compressive and failure mechanism of concrete-filled circular steel tube stub columns partially-wrapped by carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP),this paper carried out axial compression tests on 8 combined stub columns,and discussed the influence of steel strength,number of CFRP layer and spacing of CFRP strip on the axial compression performance of the specimens.Through the analysis of the failure mode,axial load(N)-axial deformation(δ)curve,steel tube and CFRP strain response,SEI,DI and other test results,the force mechanism of the CFRP partially-wrapped concrete-filled circular steel tube stub column under axial compression is revealed,the calculation formula of the axial compression bearing capacity of the combined stub column is proposed.The research results will provide a scientific basis for the application of CFRP in actual engineering.
