摘要
压缩机是汽车空调制冷系统的核心部件,其故障分析及排除,一直是汽车故障维修中的重点和难点。通过压缩机分类及工作原理的介绍,结合看、听、摸等直观探测方式,进行故障原因分析,提出故障排除措施,并对压缩机的正确安装与维护进行了定性分析,以此保证压缩机的正确使用,实现制冷系统高效、安全的运行。
Compressor is the core component of the automotive air conditioning refrigeration system,its failure analysis and troubleshooting has been the key and difficult point in the automobile repair.Through the introduction of classification and working principle of compressor,combined with visual detection such as watching,listening and touching,the fault causes are analyzed and the troubleshooting measures are put forward,and the correct installation and maintenance of compressor is analyzed qualitatively,in order to ensure the correct use of compressor,achieve efficient and safe operation of the refrigeration system.
