摘要
党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴的关键在于人才振兴。上海依托乡村社区教育探索以学习型乡村建设促进超大城市乡村振兴的新路径,通过成立工作推进组、建立课题研究组、组织培育特色项目、制定配套政策文件、举办成果交流论坛、组织相关人员培训等七项举措,促进乡村学习不断升级,激发乡村发展的内生动力和创造活力,不断形成新村民和新乡村良性互动的新格局,助推了乡村振兴战略的实施。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.The key of rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents.Relying on the rural community education,Shanghai explores a new way to promote the rural revitalization in the super city by constructing learning village.Through establishing project working groups and research groups,organizing the application of characteristic projects,formulating instructions,hosting exchange forums,organizing relevant personnel training and other methods,it promotes the continuous upgrading of rural learning and stimulates the rural endogenous motivation and creativity,it promotes the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and constantly forms a new pattern of positive interaction between new villagers and new villages.
