摘要
以某炼油厂480万t/a催化裂化装置中烟机进出口管道施工为例,对管道施工工序、管道安装技术要点、膨胀节安装和支吊架安装等环节进行了阐述,总结了烟机进出口管道、膨胀节、支吊架等的安装要点,对以后的类似工程管道施工有借鉴作用。
Taking the construction technology of the inlet and outlet pipeline of flue gas turbine in the 4.8 Mt/a FCCU of a refinery as the example,this paper introduces the pipeline construction process,the key points of pipeline installation technology,the expansion joint installation and the support and hanger installation,and summarizes the key points in the installation of inlet and outlet pipeline,expansion joint and support and hanger of flue gas turbine,providing reference for the construction of similar pipelines in the future.
