摘要
为培育适合在上海市种植的香软优质常规水稻,本研究分别以‘青香软粳’和‘宝山香稻’水稻为软米基因和香味基因供体亲本,以目前上海市主栽常规水稻品种‘秀水134’为回交亲本,结合香味基因和蜡质基因分子标记辅助筛选,成功培育出香型软米水稻新品系‘上师大21号’。‘上师大21号’水稻总生育期比‘秀水134’对照短3~4 d。比较分析‘秀水134’和‘上师大21号’水稻主要农艺性状,两者差异都不显著(p>0.05)。两者主要产量性状比较发现,尽管‘上师大21号’水稻结实率极显著低于‘秀水134’水稻(p<0.01),但‘上师大21号’水稻结实率也已高达92.62%,并且两种水稻的单株重差异不显著(p>0.05)。稻谷品质指标检测显示,‘上师大21号’两项外观品质和两项食味品质都明显好于‘秀水134’水稻。
In order to cultivate sweet soft quality conventional rice suitable for planting in Shanghai.In this study,we successfully developed a new line of fragrant soft rice'Shangshida No.21'by molecular marker-assisted screening,using the rice varieties of'Qingxiangruanjing'rice and'Baoshanxiangdao'rice as soft rice gene and fragrant gene donor parents respectively,and using'Xiushui 134'rice,the main rice variety in Shanghai now,as the backcross parent,to cultivate new high-quality rice with fragrant soft features and suitable for cultivation in Shanghai.The total growth period of'Shangshida No.21'rice was 3 to 4 days shorter than the'Xiushui 134'control.The main agronomic traits of'Xiushui 134'and'Shangshida No.21'rice were compared and analyzed,and the difference was not significant(p>0.05).Comparing the main yield traits of them,although seed setting rate(SSR)of'Shangshida No.21'rice was significantly lower than that of'Xiushui 134'(p<0.01),the seed setting rate of'Shangshida No.21'rice has reached 92.62%,and there was no significant difference in single plant weight between the two types of rice(p>0.05).The two appearance quality indicators and the two taste quality indicators of'Shangshida No.21'rice were also significantly better than those of'Xiushui 134'.
