摘要
侧围外板属于汽车外覆盖件,成形工艺复杂,B柱上边梁位置是外观缺陷的高发区域,通过对侧围B柱的成形过程和B柱上边梁应力状态进行分析,并采用试验验证及对标分析的方法,确定缺陷问题产生的根本原因,并制定了防止缺陷再发生的对策。
Through the analysis on the forming process of the side wall B-pillar and the stress state of the roof side frame on the B-pillar,the method of experimental verification and benchmarking analysis were carried out.It confirmed the root cause of the problems and formulated the fundamental countermeasures to prevent the defects from forming again.
