摘要
本质上,高职思想政治教育活动是致力于解决好“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题,高职思想政治教育活动与社会各因素之间的复杂关系也决定了其是一个塑造人、规约人、培育人的生态系统。这个教育生态系统中任何一个生态子系统或生态因子的断裂或破损,都可能引起整个生态链的“蝴蝶效应”,进而引发高职思想政治教育的生态危机。因此,只有当高职思想政治教育生态系统的合理形式运用于“全员育人,全程育人、全方位育人”的经验事实,才能实现它对以往教育教学模式单一化的颠覆,彻底打破传统教育教学体系的封闭性,从而奠定高职思想政治教育生态系统实践的、能动的基础,发挥思想政治教育的最大合力。
In essence,ideological and political education activities in higher vocational colleges are devoted to solving the fundamental problem of"who to train,how to train and for whom to train".The complex relationship between ideological and political education activities and various social factors also determines that it is an ecosystem of shaping,regulating and cultivating people.The breakage or damage of any ecological subsystem or ecological factor in the educational ecosystem may cause the"butterfly effect"of the whole ecological chain,and then lead to the ecological crisis of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,only when the rational form of the ecological system of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is applied to the empirical facts of"educating all,educating all in an all-round way"can it subvert the simplification of the previous education and teaching mode,completely break the closure of the traditional education and teaching system,thus laying a practical and dynamic foundation for the ecological system of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and bringing the ideological and political education into full play.
