摘要
作为一门学科,管理学还很年轻,暂时没有像经济学一样奠定坚实的学科基础,因此至今持续着历时半个多世纪的学科科学化运动。首先,本文梳理了管理学科学化的脉络。其次,管理学科学化的困境表现于科学严谨性与实践相关性两方面。其中,科学严谨性问题源于管理学缺乏独立的研究问题和研究范式;实践相关性问题源于单一范式无法解释复杂的社会科学现象。最后,本文认为管理学科学化的出路在于跨学科和多范式整合研究,并介绍了3种跨学科研究模式,以及6种多范式研究方法。
As a discipline,management science is still very immature.For the time being,it has not established a solid academic foundation like economics.Therefore,it has continued the discipline legalization movement that has lasted for more than half a century.First,this paper sorts out the context of management legalization.Second,the dilemma of management legalization is manifested in two aspects:scientific rigor and practical relevance.Among them,the problem of scientific rigor stems from the lack of independent research issues and research paradigms in management;the problem of practical relevance stems from the failure of a single paradigm to explain complex social science phenomena.Finally,this paper believes that the solution for the management legalization lies in the integration of interdisciplinary and multi-paradigm research,and introduces three interdisciplinary research models and six multi-paradigm research methods.
