熔喷工艺对PP/TPU非织造布结构与性能影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)优良的弹性,将TPU与聚丙烯(PP)共混(TPU质量分数为10%),制备PP/TPU切片,并采用熔喷工艺制备PP/TPU非织造布。研究了凝网滚筒转速对PP/TPU熔喷非织造布结构和性能的影响。结果表明,PP/TPU切片可纺性良好,所得纤维呈TPU为“岛”、PP为“海”的海岛型复合结构;所得PP/TPU熔喷非织造布性能优异,手感柔软,弹性良好,具有一定的拉伸强度。 Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)with excellent elasticity of 10%by mass was blended with polypropylene(PP)to prepare PP/TPU slices,and then to fabricate PP/TPU nonwovens via the melt blown process.The influence of the receiving roller rotary speed on the structure and properties of the PP/TPU melt-blown nonwovens was investigated.The results showed that there was a good spinnability with fibers of“sea-island”structure in which TPU was the“island”and PP was the“sea”.Moreover,the obtained PP/TPU melt-blown nonwovens exhibited excellent properties with softness,good elasticity and a certain tensile strength.
