摘要
目的:应用数据挖掘方法探讨叶天士治疗吐血的用药规律。方法:收集、整理《临证指南医案》吐血篇198个医案。运用Microsoft Excel 2003进行中药频数、性味归经统计,通过SPSS Modeler 14.1软件所提供的Apriori算法进行关联规则分析,利用SPSS 23.0软件进行因子分析、聚类分析。结果:共筛选出198个医案,含161味中药。使用频数排名前四位中药的分别是茯苓、甘草、麦冬、人参。排名前三位的药性分别为寒、温、平,药味为甘、苦、辛。从归经上看,归肺经、肝经最多。按功效分类,使用频数排名前三位的药物为清热药、补气药、补阴药。根据高频药物的关联规则分析,置信度最高的3组药分别为熟地-山药、五味子(100%),甘草-大枣、白芍(100%),甘草-大枣、人参(100%)。高频药物聚类分析成5类。结论:数据挖掘结果发现叶天士治疗吐血以清热补虚,固本治血为主,以补气药、补阴药居多,对当代医家在临床上治疗吐血提供一定的指导作用。
Objective:To explore the application of Ye Tianshi's medicine in the treatment of vomiting blood by data mining method.Method:collecting and sorting out 198 medical cases of vomiting blood in"the clinical report of clinical trial".Useing Microsoft Excel 2003 to carry out statistics on the frequency and taste of traditional Chinese medicine,the Apriori alogorithm provided by SPSS Modeler 14.1 software was used to analyze the association rules,and SPSS23.0 software was used for factor analysis and cluster analysis..Result:A total of 198 medical records were selected,including 161 Chinese herbal medicines.The top four Chinese medicines used in frequency are poria cocos,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus and ginseng.The top three medicines are cold,warm and flat,and the taste of the medicine is sweet,bitter and spicy.From the perspective of returning to the classics,the lungs and livers are the most.According to the efficacy classification,the top three drugs using the frequency are heat-clearing drugs,qi-invigorating drugs,and yin-fixing drugs.According to the correlation rule analysis of high-frequency drugs,the three groups with the highest confidence were rehmannia-yam,schisandra(100%),licorice-jujube,white peony(100%),licorice-jujube,ginseng(100%).High-frequency drug cluster analysis into five categories.Conclusion:The data mining results show that Ye Tianshi treats vomiting blood with clearing heat and tonic,and solid-based treatment of blood,mainly with qi and yin medicine,which provides some a certain guiding role for contemporary doctors in the treatment of vomiting blood.
