摘要
为了安全、顺利地拆除钢筋混凝土筒仓群,受倒塌空间限制,制定了分3次定向爆破的方案。通过对大型筒仓群周边环境、分布排列特点以及筒仓结构尺寸等分析,对筒壁、楼梯及电梯井进行预处理,借助筒仓出料口在筒壁开设低位梯形爆破切口,选择合理的切口高度、炮孔方向、布孔参数、装药量和分段延时时间。3次爆破均沿设计方向倒塌,达到预期效果,可为同类工程提供类似的经验。
In order to demolish the reinforced concrete silo group safely and smoothly,according to the limited collapse space,3 times of directional blasting were formulated. By analyzing of the characteristics of the surrounding environment, distribution and silo structure size, the pretreatment of tube wall, stair and elevator shaft were implemented.With the aid of these silos discharge holes, the lower trapezoidal blasting cut was set on the cylinder wall, and the reasonable cut height, hole direction, layout parameters, charge amount and segment delay time were selected. All the three explosions collapsed along the designed direction and achieved the expected effect, which provided a reference for similar project.
