摘要
目的:对实验动物滴眼0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液,观察对实验动物眼部的刺激作用。方法:采用视网膜光线异常敏感试验、眼压检测试验和急性眼刺激性试验评价0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液的安全性,为临床合理用药提供必要的参考。结果:0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液对大鼠视网膜内MDA、T-SOD、GSH-PX和CAT含量无影响,对家兔眼压无影响,对家兔眼部角膜、结膜、虹膜均未造成损伤,眼部也未发生水肿反应,同时,眼部也无因给药出现分泌物增多、分泌物黏稠等症状。结论:0.01%硫酸阿托品滴眼液是一种无明显眼表刺激,且安全性较好的滴眼剂。
Objective:To administer 0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops to experimental animals and observe the stimulating effect on experimental animals’eyes.Methods:The safety of 0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops was evaluated by using retinal abnormal light sensitivity test,intraocular pressure detection test and acute eye irritation test to provide necessary reference for clinical rational drug use.Results:0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops had no effect on the contents of MDA,T-SOD,GSH-PX and CAT in the retina of rats,had no effect on intraocular pressure in rabbits,and had no effect on the cornea,conjunctiva and iris of rabbit eyes Injury,no edema reaction occurred in the eye,and at the same time,there were no symptoms such as increased secretion and sticky secretion in the eye due to administration.Conclusion:0.01%atropine sulfate eye drops is a safe eye drop without obvious ocular irritation.
