水力搅拌加速沼气工程启动的研究(Ⅰ)—实验部分 被引量:2

摘要 该研究利用人工搅拌大幅提高接种液的激活速度,从而加快沼气工程的启动过程,提高工程效率。采用平行实验方法,以3台653.5 L的厌氧发酵实验罐进行了投放接种物的启动实验,实验罐1#和4#分别采用底部进水高位集中压力出水(单口)和底部进水高位分散式压力出水(4口)的循环流化水力搅拌方案。42 d连续发酵显示,1#和4#分别比不搅拌的对照组0#罐早1 d和7 d启动,产气率分别提升89%和125%,COD去除率分别提升27%和42%。实验验证了水力搅拌在发酵启动阶段的加速作用,以及优化搅拌的进一步提升作用。 In this study,artificial agitation was used to increase the activation speed of inoculums,thus accelerating the start-up of biogas project and improving the engineering efficiency.By using parallel experiment method,inoculum fluid(the end effluent of a normal operating biogas plant)was added into three anaerobic fermentation tanks of 653.5 L for starting-up.The experimental tanks 1#adopted water inlet at the bottom with concentrated pressure outlet(single outlet)on the high position of the tank as a hydraulic agitation,and tank 4#also adopted water inlet at the bottom but dispersed pressure outlet(4 outlet)on high-position of the tank as a hydraulic agitating.42 days of continuous fermentation showed that 1#was started up 1 day earlier than the control group 0#,the biogas production increased by 89%,and the COD removal rate increased by 27%.Group 4#was started up 7 days earlier than the control,the biogas production increased by 125%,and the COD removal rate increased by 42%.The experimental results verified the acceleration effect of hydraulic agitation in the starting stage of fermentation and the further enhancement effect of optimized agitation.
