摘要
以北京地铁17号线朝阳港站至十里河站区间左线盾构开仓检修换刀为工程背景,介绍一种盾构机开仓检修更换刀具的新工法。对该工程的换刀原因和施工风险进行分析,详细介绍该工法的施工工艺、施工参数、控制措施和最终实施效果等。盾构机直径的改变、素混凝土墙的尺寸可参考本工法做适当调整,为今后类似工程提供技术参考依据。
Based on the engineering background of the left line of shield repair open tool change between Chaoyang Port station and Shilihe Station of Beijing metro line 17,this paper introduces a new method of shield machine shield repair open tool change.In this paper,the reason and construction risk of the project are analyzed,and the construction process,construction parameters,control measures and final implementation effect of the method are introduced in detail.The diameter of shield machine changes,the size of plain concrete wall can be adjusted according to this method,which can provide technical reference for similar projects in the future.
