摘要
随着社会经济的发展,测绘技术也得到了长足的进步,GIS作为融合了计算机、遥感、地图学、地理学等多个学科的内容,在多个领域得到了广泛的使用。在进行房产测绘中,会运用到大量的空间信息与地图信息,而使用GIS系统就能够对空间数据展开科学的管理。本文以房产测绘为例,分析基于GIS的测绘系统设计,满足了房产管理信息系统在城市地理信息系统中的发展要求,较好的预防了更换平台以及转换数据的问题。经过研究发现,在房产测绘中使用GIS技术来进行测绘系统的设计,能够更为方便、快捷的采集地理信息数据,具有良好的使用效果。
with the development of social economy, surveying and mapping technology has also made great progress, GIS as the integration of computer, remote sensing, cartography, geography and other disciplines content, in a number of fields has been widely used. In real estate surveying and mapping, a lot of spatial information and map information will be used, and the use of GIS system can carry out scientific management of spatial data. Taking real estate surveying and mapping as an example, this paper analyzes the design of GIS based surveying and mapping system, which meets the development requirements of real estate management information system in urban geographic information system, and better prevents the problems of changing the platform and transforming data. Through the research, it is found that GIS technology can be used to design the surveying and mapping system in real estate surveying and mapping, which can collect geographic information data more conveniently and quickly, and has a good use effect.
