摘要
智能变电站室外控制柜包括汇控柜和智能控制柜,内部的集成电路和电子元器件易受环境湿度影响。通过运维数据统计发现,控制柜内现有的加热驱潮系统不能完全保证柜内湿度要求。针对这一问题,分析了导致柜内湿度增高的因素,提出了利用防雨罩降低智能变电站控制柜内空气湿度的技术措施,并根据站内具体自然环境对防雨罩尺寸进行了优化。在夏季降水较多时,通过试验数据验证了加装该防雨罩可以有效降低智能控制柜内的湿度,有效保证智能控制柜内电子设备的安全运行。
The outdoor control cabinet of intelligent substations includes the central control cabinet and the intelligent control cabinet.Their internal integrated circuits and electronic components are susceptible to environmental humidity.Based on the operation and maintenance data statistics,it is found that the existing heating and moisture-driving system in the present control cabinet cannot fully meet the humidity requirements inside the cabinet.To solve this problem,the factors leading to the increase of humidity inside the cabinet are analyzed and the technical measures to reduce the air humidity inside the control cabinet of intelligent substations by making use of rain covers are put forward.The sizes of rain covers are also optimized according to the specific natural environment in the station.When there is a lot of rainfall in summer,it is verified by the test data that the added rain covers can effectively reduce the humidity in the intelligent control cabinet and effectively ensure the safe operation of the electronic equipment in the intelligent control cabinet.
