摘要
通过对动车风机电机机座感应加热工艺进行研究与试验,并与传统热风循环烘箱加热工艺进行对比,表明了感应加热技术可在确保机座与定子装配质量的前提下,提升生产效率降低生产成本,改善作业环境,更适合电机装配批量化生产。
Through the research and test on induction heating technology of base of blower motor of CRH,and comparing with traditional hot air circulation oven heating process,it is indicated that induction heating technology can improve production efficiency,reduce production cost,improve working environment,and is more suitable for mass production of motor assembly under the premise of ensuring the quality of recording and stator assembly.
