摘要
针对城市轨道直流牵引供电系统中逆变回馈装置的容量优化问题,提出一种考虑其间歇工作制的设计方法。利用工作制特性对逆变回馈装置的仿真负荷过程进行校验,结合逆变回馈装置的日反馈电量和安装成本提出综合反馈比等节能评价指标。计算各逆变回馈装置不同容量下的占空比来评估其利用率,对比节能效果,确定优化方案。以某工程实例进行分析,结果表明优化方案较全线1.5 MW方案成本节约245万元,综合反馈比增加0.94;较全线2.0 MW方案成本节约410万元,综合反馈比增加1.12,验证了该优化方法的可行性和有效性。
A design method considering the intermittent working system was proposed by focusing on the capacity optimization of the inverter feedback device in the urban rail DC traction power supply system.The simulation process of urban rail inverter feedback device was verified by the working system characteristic.Combined with the daily feedback energy and installation cost of inverter feedback device,the comprehensive feedback ratio and other energy-saving indexes were put forward.The duty ratio of each inverter feedback device under different capacities was calculated to evaluate its utilization.By comparing the energy-saving indexes,the optimization scheme was obtained.Based on the analysis of an engineering example,the results show that the cost of optimization scheme is 2.45 million yuan less than that of the full-line 1.5 MW scheme and the comprehensive feedback ratio is increased by 0.94;the cost of the optimization scheme is 4.10 million yuan less than that of the full-line 2.0 MW scheme and the comprehensive feedback ratio is increased by 1.12.The feasibility and effectiveness of the design method are verified.
