摘要
四氯化碳作为石油类萃取剂对人体毒害较大,破坏臭氧层,已被联合国环境规划署列入加速淘汰计划。尝试以四氯乙烯替代四氯化碳,以超声法和索氏提取法为前处理措施,采用红外分光光度法测定污泥中石油类。结果表明,采用四氯乙烯作为萃取剂,测定污泥中石油类的标准曲线、精密度和准确度均符合标准方法要求,四氯乙烯能够替代四氯化碳作为萃取剂测定污泥中石油类。
Carbon tetrachloride,as a petroleum extractant,is harmful to human body and destroys the ozone layer.It has been included in the accelerated phase-out plan by the United Nations Environment Programme.Tetrachloroethylene was used to replace carbon tetrachloride,and ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction methods were used as pretreatment measures to determine petroleum in sludge by infrared spectrophotometry.The results showed that the standard curve,precision and accuracy of determination of petroleum in sludge using tetrachloroethylene as extractant all met the requirements of standard methods,so tetrachloroethylene can replace carbon tetrachloride as an extractant to determine petroleum in sludge.
