摘要
文章介绍一种基于工业机器人用于金属表面抛光的加工技术,文章着重探讨由于布轮的磨损所引起的加工控制量值的改变,从而造成抛光质量下降的问题,同时提出了伺服补偿的解决办法。
By introducing a processing technique for metallic surface buffing based on industrial robotic control,the paper focuses on the problem of the polishing quality decline caused by the change of processing control value because of the wear of the cloth wheel.It then further proposes a solution using servo compensation to solve the problem.
