某医学院校学生健康促进生活方式调查研究 被引量:3

Survey and analysis of health-promoting lifestyle of college students in a medical college

摘要 目的调查某医学院校学生健康促进生活方式现状。方法采用问卷调查的方法(人口学特征和HPLP量表),于2019年10月对某医学院校1 020名学生进行基本情况和健康促进生活方式的全面调查。结果调查对象健康促进生活方式量表平均得分(128.70±21.40)分,经标准化后六个维度中,精神成长得分最高(73.90分),其次为人际关系(68.16分),得分最低为运动锻炼维度(50.98分)。不同BMI学生的HPLP得分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在运动锻炼维度该特征的差异有统计学意义(F=2.870,P=0.035)。结论该医学院校大学生的健康促进生活方式水平尚可,但运动锻炼得分偏低,需要采取多种形式,更好引导学生树立"预防为主"的健康管理理念,培养健康的生活方式,尤其是加强运动锻炼。 Objective To investigate the current status of health-promoting lifestyle of students in a medical school.Methods The survey of the basic conditions and health-promoting lifestyles was conducted on 1,020 students in a medical school using questionnaires(demographic characteristic and HPLP scale) in October 2019.Results The average score of the health-promoting lifestyle scale of the surveyrespondent was(128.70±21.40). After standardization,the spiritual growth score among the six dimensions was the highest(73.90 points), followed by the interpersonal relationship(68.16 points), and the lowest score was the exercise dimension, which was 50.98 points. There was no significant difference in HPLP scores among students with different BMI, but in the dimension of exercise, the difference in this feature was statistically significant(F=2.870,P=0.035).Conclusions The level of health-promoting lifestyle of college students in this medical school is acceptable, but the scores of exercises are low and need to be further strengthened.We should guide students to establish a prevention-oriented health management concept and adopt various forms health-promoting lifestyle, and especially strengthen exercise.
