摘要
目的探讨认知行为干预对肝癌切除术患者希望水平及应对方式的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月我院收治的肝癌切除术患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用认知行为干预,比较两组患者干预前后的希望水平及应对方式。结果干预前,两组的HHI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的HHI评分均高于干预前,且观察组的HHI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的应对方式评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的应对方式评分均高于干预前,且观察组的应对方式评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预能够改善肝癌切除术患者的希望水平及应对方式,促进其康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavior intervention on the hope level and coping style of patients with liver cancer resection.Methods 60 patients with liver cancer resection admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received cognitive behavior intervention based on the control group.The hope levels and coping styles before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the HHI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the HHI scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the HHI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the coping style score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the coping style scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the coping style score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavior intervention can improve the hope level and coping style of patients with liver cancer resection,and promote the recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
