摘要
世林化工随着主装置系统逐渐满负荷稳定运行,由于气化来水硬度高,微曝气管经常出现结垢堵塞曝气孔的情况,引起曝气膜破裂,经常对曝气管进行更换,严重影响生化池正常运行。通过研究、探索,以及结合现有系统配制结构,世林化工计划将池内微孔曝气装置全部拆卸掉,更换配套的旋混式曝气装置。
with the main unit system of Shilin chemical industry running steadily at full load gradually,due to the high hardness of the water from gasification,the micro aeration pipe often scales and blocks the aeration hole,causing the rupture of the aeration membrane,often replacing the aeration pipe,seriously affecting the normal operation of the biochemical tank.Through research,exploration and combination with the existing system configuration,Shilin chemical plans to dismantle all the microporous aeration devices in the tank and replace the matching rotating mixing aeration devices.
