摘要
采用苯乙烯(St)为辅助接枝单体,在聚烯烃弹性体(POE)上熔融接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),制备了POE-g-GMA,通过红外光谱表征证实了接枝反应的发生,考察了St的引入对POE-g-GMA接枝率、熔体流动速率以及POE-g-GMA增韧聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)的影响。结果表明,在m(St)/m(GMA)为1时POE-g-GMA接枝率达到最大值,为1.057%;随着St用量的增加,接枝物的熔体流动速率持续降低;St的引入使POE相区尺寸明显减小,POE分散相与PBT基体间的相容性明显改善,共混物的冲击强度显著提高,PBT得到有效增韧。
In this paper,POE-g-GMA was prepared by melt grafting of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)onto polyolefin elastomer(POE)with styrene(St)as an auxiliary grafting monomer.The grafting reaction was confirmed by FTIR results.And the effect of the introduction of St on the grafting degree and melt flow rate of POE-g-GMA and POE-g-GMA toughened polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)were investigated.The results showed that the grafting degree reached the maximum value of 1.057%when the m(St)/m(GMA)was 1.The melt flow rate of graft copolymer decreased continuously with the increase of St dosage.The introduction of St significantly reduced the size of POE phase region and improved the compatibility between POE and PBT.The impact strength of blends was improved significantly,and PBT resin was effectively toughened.
