摘要
提出了基于互相关采样提高噪声测量精度的方法。利用双通道互相关采样,减少环境及测量通道引入的非相关噪声,从而使得测量精度超过单个测量通道本身的底噪。测试结果表明,这种方法实用有效,可以应用于高精度信号源噪声的测量。
This paper presents a method using cross-correlation to improve accuracy of noise measurement.Noise in measurement channels can be reduced by increasing the amount of averaging in the cross-correlation function,this enables achieving measurement accuracy beyond noise floor performance of each individual measurement channel.
