摘要 数字化车间是智能制造的关键因素,也是工业4.0的重点研究方向之一,对车间的生产效率与产品质量有着决定性的影响。针对传统的工厂机床制造业,由于机床厂商不同,控制系统采用的数据类型与格式间差异导致数据集成困难,使管理与分析从各种不同类型设备采集的实时加工数据实现设备间数据信息互通成为一大挑战,从而迫切需要一种允许不同设备间广泛共享数据信息的映射模型来解决问题。提出MTConnect-OPC UA接口,在充分的利用车间现有的通信协议成果且发挥不同种通信协议各自优势的同时,打破传统的信息孤岛,实现车间信息模型标准化,使各种类型的机床和设备间实现数据通信互通互联,提高系统对两种协议的兼容力。 .In view of the traditional factory machine tool manufacturing industry,due to the different machine tool manufacturers,the data integration is difficult due to the difference between the data types and formats used in the control system,which makes the management and analysis of the realtime processing data collected from different types of equipment become a big challenge to realize the data information exchange between equipment,so it is urgent to need a mapping that allows different equipment to widely share data information model to solve the problem.In this paper,MTConnect-OPC UA interface is proposed,which can make full use of the existing communication protocol achievements in the workshop and give full play to the advantages of different communication protocols.At the same time,it can break the traditional information island,realizes the standardization of workshop information model,the data communication interconnection between various types of machine tools and equipment,and improves the compatibility of the system with the two protocols.
