摘要
目的针对战时腹壁战创伤设计一种方便快捷有效的止血急救装置。方法运用注水球囊、弹力纤维绷带、弹力硅胶等新型生物复合材料设计该装置,使用球囊泄露爆破测试机进行球囊泄露试验和水压试验,模拟人物理强度及动物粘连炎症反应实验测腹壁缺损填充装置的延展性。结果止血急救装置的球囊顺应性强,注水球囊根据容量产生相应压力,新型复合弹力绷带较传统补片有明显物理延展性优势。结论腹壁战创伤止血急救装置的物理属性可达到形成持续、可控式、局部加压止血效果。
Objective The study in abdominal wall trauma instrument during wartime Method Using the water balloon,elastie fiber bandage,elastic silicon rubber such as a new biological composite material to design hemostatic firstaid device,which make abdominal wound direct pressure,and close abdominal cavity in the loss of pressure state.This device efectively protected the wound and tried to avoid infection,which played an important role in the treatment and greatly improved the survival rate of patients in wartime.This material is not afcted by fluidblood.no chemical reaction and no inflammatory foreign body allergy.Results The flling material has muliple biological and medical characteristics such as toughness.extension.pressure resistance.anti-adhesion.anti-inflammatory and etc.In the early treatment to save time and create conditions for excellent treatment.Conclusion In the excellent treatment to improve the quality of rehabilitation of patients.
