摘要
目的观察侧支循环建立与基底节区进展性脑梗死患者梗死体积、NIHSS评分的关系及影响侧支循环开放程度的logistics分析。方法本次研究对象均来自于2016年2月-2019年4月在秦皇岛军工医院治疗的基底节区进展性脑梗死患者200例,未见侧支循环组患者40例,侧支循环组患者160例,其中轻度组患者80例,中度组患者50例,重度患者30例。比较以上组别患者一般资料的差异,分析影响侧支循环开放程度的因素。结果两组患者的年龄、体重指数、高血压病程、入院时间、性别之间的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),未见侧支循环患者的NIHSS评分以及脑梗死体积显著高于侧支循环组(P<0.05);随着患者侧支循环开放程度的升高,患者的NIHSS评分以及脑梗死体积显著降低(P<0.05);患者的NIHSS评分、脑梗死体积均与患者的侧支循环开放程度呈现负相关。结论患者的NIHSS评分、脑梗死体积均与患者的侧支循环开放程度密切相关,患者的NIHSS评分、脑梗死体积均为侧支循环开放程度的影响因素。
Objective To observe the relationship between the establishment of collateral circulation and the infarct volume,NIHSS score of patients with progressive cerebral infarction in basal ganglia,and to analyze the logistics influencing the opening degree of collateral circulation.Methods The subjects of this study were 200 patients with progressive cerebral infarction in basal ganglia who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to April 2019.There were 40 patients without collateral circulation,160 patients with collateral circulation,among them 80 patients in mild group,50 in moderate group and 30 in severe group.To compare the general data of the patients in the above groups and analyze the factors influencing the opening degree of collateral circulation.Results There was no significant difference in age,BMI,course of hypertension,admission time and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).NIHSS score and cerebral infarction volume of patients without collateral circulation were significantly higher than those of the collateral circulation group(P<0.05).With the increase of collateral circulation opening,NIHSS score and cerebral infarction volume of patients decreased significantly(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and the volume of cerebral infarction were negatively correlated with collateral circulation opening.Conclusion NIHSS score and infarct volume are closely related to the degree of collateral circulation opening,NIHSS score and infarct volume are the influencing factors of collateral circulation.
