摘要
目的:探讨并分析用电针联合等速训练疗法对接受关节镜手术后的膝关节骨性关节炎(knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)患者进行康复治疗的临床效果。方法:选择近年来在上海市天山中医医院和上海市第一康复医院进行膝关节镜手术的86例KOA患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。术后,用电针疗法对对照组患者进行康复治疗,用电针联合等速训练疗法对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效及其口述评分法(Verbal rating scale,VRS)的评分。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后7 d其VRS的评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对KOA患者进行膝关节镜手术后,用电针联合等速训练疗法对其进行康复治疗能显著提高其疗效,减轻其疼痛感。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with isokinetic training on knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)after arthroscopic surgery.Methods:eighty-six KOA patients who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in Shanghai Tianshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai First Rehabilitation Hospital in recent years were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).After the operation,the patients in the control group were given rehabilitation therapy with electroacupuncture,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with isokinetic training therapy.Then the clinical efficacy and Verbal Rating scale(VRS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the VRS score 7 days after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After arthroscopic knee surgery on KOA patients,rehabilitation therapy with electroacupuncture combined with isokinetic training therapy can significantly improve its efficacy and reduce its pain.
