摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将盱眙县中医院普外科2018年5月至2019年5月期间接诊的40例急性结石性胆囊炎患者随机分为分析组(20例)与参考组(20例)。为参考组患者采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,为分析组患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的各项手术指标和术后并发症(包括切口感染、皮下血肿、胆漏等)的发生情况。结果:分析组患者切口的长度〔(2.94±0.67)cm〕、手术的时间〔(69.92±12.42)min〕、住院的时间〔(3.87±1.34)d〕均短于参考组患者,其术中的出血量〔(46.42±4.53)ml〕少于参考组患者,其术后并发症的发生率(10%)低于参考组患者,P<0.05。结论:为急性结石性胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗的效果较好,具有创伤小、患者术后恢复快、安全性高等优点。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods:40 cases of acute calculous cholecystitis seen in the General Surgery Department of Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into an analysis group(20 cases)and a reference group(20 cases).Patients in the reference group were treated with traditional open surgery,while patients in the analysis group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Then the operative indicators and postoperative complications(including incision infection,subcutaneous hematoma,biliary leakage,etc.)were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision length[(2.94±0.67)cm],the operative time[(69.92±12.42)min]and the length of hospital stay[(3.87±1.34)d]in the analysis group were shorter than those in the reference group,the intraoperative blood loss[(46.42±4.53)ml]was less than that in the reference group,and the incidence of postoperative complications(10%)was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis,which has the advantages of less trauma,faste r postoperative recovery and higher safety.
