摘要
目的:探讨镜像视觉反馈疗法联合减重步行训练在治疗脑卒中后偏瘫中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年9月大同煤矿集团有限责任公司总医院接诊的脑卒中后偏瘫患者137例,按随机数字表法将其分为联合组(n=69)和参考组(n=68)。对参考组患者进行减重步行训练指导,在此基础上为联合组患者采用镜像视觉反馈疗法进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果、平衡能力和日常生活能力。结果:联合组患者治疗的总有效率高于参考组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,联合组患者的BBS评分高于参考组患者,其日常生活能力受限的评分低于参考组患者,P<0.05。结论:镜像视觉反馈疗法联合减重步行训练在治疗脑卒中后偏瘫中的应用效果显著,可有效地改善患者的肢体功能及平衡能力,提高其日常生活能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of mirror visual feedback therapy combined with weight loss walking training in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:137 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the General Hospital of Datong Coal Mine Group Co.,Ltd.from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into a combined group(n=69)and a reference group(n=68)according to the random number table method.Patients in the reference group were guided by weight-loss walking training,and on this basis,patients in the combination group were treated with mirror visual feedback therapy.The two groups were then compared in terms of treatment outcomes,balance and daily living.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BBS scores of patients in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group,and the scores of patients with limited daily life ability were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mirror visual feedback therapy combined with weight loss walking training has a significant effect in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia,which can effectively improve the patients’limb function and balance ability,and improve their daily life ability.
