摘要
目的探讨芩连四物汤联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年2月我院收治的围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者60例,采用随机数字表法分组,各30例。对照组施以米非司酮治疗,试验组施以芩连四物汤联合米非司酮治疗,对2组治疗前及治疗2个月后的雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮激素(P)、肌瘤体积的变化情况进行观察。结果治疗2个月后试验组的E2、FSH、P水平明显低于对照组,肌瘤体积明显小于对照组,存在差异显著(P<0.05)。结论芩连四物汤联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤具有显著的临床效果,不仅能够降低E2、FSH、P水平,同时可缩小肌瘤体积。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinlian Siwu Decoction Combined with mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,60 patients with perimenopausal leiomyoma in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,30 in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with Qinlian Siwu Decoction Combined with mifepristone.The estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone hormone(P),and leiomyoma before and after treatment were treated Observe the change of volume.Results compared with the control group,the level of E2,FSH,P and the volume of myoma in the experimental group decreased significantly after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinlian Siwu Decoction Combined with mifepristone has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma.It can not only reduce the level of E2,FSH,P,but also reduce the volume of myoma.
