摘要 民用爆炸物品具有很高的能量密度和破坏性,在道路运输过程中一旦发生爆炸事故,将会造成巨大人员和经济损失,引起严重的社会性后果。本文借鉴事故树分析法,将人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境的不安全因素、管理缺陷作为顶事件对待,按照事故致因理论对民用爆炸物品热感度、机械感度、冲击波感度、静电火花感度有害因素和对策进行定性分析,并结合抽水蓄能电站建设实际情况,思考风险防范管控措施,为民用爆炸物品运输单位和工程建设各管理单位制定针对性的事故预防及控制措施提供参考。 Civil explosives have high energy density and destructiveness.Once the explosion accident occurs in the process of road transportation,it will cause huge human and economic losses and cause serious social consequences.Based on the accident tree analysis method,the unsafe behavior of people,the unsafe state of objects,the unsafe factors of environment and management defects are treated as the top events.According to the accident causing theory,the harmful factors and Countermeasures of thermal sensitivity,mechanical sensitivity,shock wave sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of Civil Explosives are qualitatively analyzed The risk prevention and control measures are examined to provide reference for civil explosive transport units and engineering construction management units to formulate targeted accident prevention and control measures.
