摘要
科研经费作为科学技术创新的重要支撑,对激励和引导科研工作具有重要作用,是科学研究管理活动中的重要组成部分。运用Citespace软件以CNKI数据库中我国科研经费相关文献为基础数据进行分析,力图直观展现我国科研经费研究领域涉及到的学科分布、年发文数量、高发文作者、机构等基础知识结构,并重点分析了科研经费的主题聚类及关键词演进以明晰科研经费相关研究的研究热点及演进脉络。研究表明:①我国科研经费相关科研成果呈现突出的跨学科领域特征;②其研究内容呈现出“学习发达国家先进经验一探索我国管理方式一积极响应国家战略”的发展态势;③已有文献主要关注所在研究时点科研经费使用与管理面临的问题梳理、影响因素识别、对战略的支持与相应等研究方向,且科研经费对国家战略的响应与支持依然是今后研究的重要议题。
As an important support of scientific and technological innovation,scientific research funds play an important role in stimulating and guiding scientific research,are an important part of scientific research management activities.This paper uses the software of Cite Space to analyze the research of Chinese scientific research funds based on related literature data in CNKI database,tries to directly show the basic knowledge structure of the research of Chinese scientific research funds,such as the distribution of disciplines,the number of papers published annually,the authors of high papers and institutions,etc.,and focuses on the topic clustering of research funding and the evolution of key words,so as to clarify the research hotspots and evolution of research funding.The research shows that:Rthe scientific research achievements related to the scientific research funds in China are characterized by outstanding interdisciplinary fields;②Its research content presents the development trend of"learning the advanced experience of developed countries-exploring the management mode of China-actively responding to the national strategy";cExisting literature's mainly focus on the research directions of sorting out the problems in the use and management of scientific research funds at the research point,identifying of influencing factors,supporting and corresponding strategies,etc.Besides,the response and support of scientific research funds to national strategies is still an important topic for future research.
