沉没辊WC-12Co涂层爆点缺陷原因分析

摘要 利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱等检测设备,对沉没辊WC-12Co涂层原料、涂层结构和涂层性能进行了检测分析,研究了涂层产生爆点缺陷的原因。结果表明:WC-12Co涂层的孔隙率、涂层硬度、表面粗糙度等指标均在规定范围内,爆点缺陷产生的原因是由于锌液腐蚀使涂层逐渐剥落减薄,爆点缺陷的出现表示涂层即将失效。为避免产生爆点缺陷,可选择的方法是优化封孔工艺,增强封孔剂对涂层的保护效果。 By means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,the coating materials,coating structure and coating performance of sink roller WC-12Co were tested and analyzed,and the causes of coating burst point defects were studied.The results showed that the porosity,hardness and surface roughness of WC-12Co coating were all within the specified range.The occurrence of explosion point defect was caused by zinc corrosion,which gradually peeled off and thinned the coating.The appearance of explosion point defect indicated that the coating was about to fail.In order to avoid the defects of blasting point,the alternative method is to optimize the sealing process and enhance the protective effect of sealing agent on the coating.
