摘要
实施高校合同节水是践行新时代治水思路和创新发展理念的具体举措,是打好节约用水攻坚战的明确要求。介绍了上海高校用水管理现状,总结了合同节水的主要实施内容与模式,举例分析了上海高校合同节水工作情况及经验做法,为其他地方开展高校合同节水管理及相关节水工作提供参考借鉴。
Contract-based water conservation in colleges and universities is a concrete measure to practice water governance strategy and implement innovative development philosophies in the new era.It is also a specific requirement of wining the victory of water conservation.With introduction of current status in colleges and universities of Shanghai,it summarizes the key contents and modes of contract-based water conservation,and introduces experiences and practices of colleges and universities with typical examples,so as to provide references to others.
