采用电动球阀控制的智能化定量颗粒施肥器

摘要 针对手工施肥中存在施肥量不准确、工作效率低、劳动强度大等问题,本文研制了一种智能化定量颗粒施肥器。该施肥器通过单片机控制集成盒和电动球阀将肥料箱内的颗粒化肥进行定量分配。在不同作物的不同生长时期,通过设置单片机的脉冲数值调整施肥量,实现对每株作物的定量精准施肥,可降低人力劳动强度,提高施肥效率与精准度。 In view of the existed problems in manual fertilization, such as inaccurate fertilizer amount, low work efficiency and high labor intensity and so on, this paper developed an intelligent quantitative granular fertilizer applicator. The fertilizer applicator is controlled by single chip microcomputer integrated box and electric ball valve, which can fertilize in the granular fertilizer distribution quantitatively. In different growth periods of different crops, the pulse value of the single chip microcomputer is set to adjust the amount of fertilizer, so as to realize the quantitative precision fertilization of each crop, which can reduce the human labor intensity and improve the efficiency and accuracy of fertilization.
