摘要
目的:探讨磷酸肌酸治疗新生儿重度窒息心肌损害的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院儿科收治的64例重度窒息心肌损害新生儿,随机分成两组,即参照组和研究组,每组各32例,参照组实施常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予磷酸肌酸治疗,对比分析两组治疗前后心肌酶谱值变化以及治疗有效率。结果:两组新生儿在接受治疗后心肌酶谱值各项均得到了明显下降,其中研究组新生儿数值下降幅度明显大于参照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿治疗有效性为96.88%,参照组治疗有效性为87.50%,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规治疗,在此基础上对重度窒息心肌损害患儿予以磷酸肌酸治疗效果更佳,可在临床进行较大范围借鉴。
Objective:to investigate the clinical effect of phosphocreatine in the treatment of severe myocardial damage caused by neonatal asphyxia.Method:in included in the order in June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital pediatric treatment of 64 cases of severe asphyxia neonatal myocardial damage is divided into two groups,32 cases before setting as the control group,32 cases after setting for the team,for the former conventional treatments,which based on the conventional treatment for the creatine phosphate treatment,compared two groups before and after treatment of myocardial enzyme spectrum values change and treatment efficiency.Results:after treatment,the myocardial enzyme spectrum values of neonates in the two groups decreased significantly,and the decrease of neonates in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy of neonatal treatment was 96.88%in the study group and 87.50%in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with conventional treatment,creatine phosphate is more effective in treating children with severe myocardial damage caused by asphyxia.
