摘要 目的探讨实时剪切波弹性成像技术评价慢性期下肢深静脉血栓抗凝治疗疗效的价值。方法选择2016年9月—2017年11月在本院经超声诊断确诊为下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的60例患者作为研究对象,应用实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术比较患者抗凝治疗前后的杨氏模量值,并进行对比分析研究。结果慢性DVT患者抗凝治疗前的杨氏模量值与抗凝治疗后的杨氏模量值间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且抗凝治疗前的弹性指标均大于抗凝治疗后的弹性指标。结论 SWE技术可以用于定量评价慢性期DVT抗凝治疗的疗效。 Objective To explore the value of real-time shear wave elastography in evaluating the efficacy of anticoagulant therapy for deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities in chronic phase.Methods From September 2016 to November 2017,sixty patients with chronic deep vein thrombosis(DVT)diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital were enrolled as study subjects.The Young's modulus values before and after the anti-coagulation treatment were compared using Shear wave elastrography(SWE)technology,and conducted a comparative analysis study.Results There was a statistical significant difference between the Young's modulus value before anticoagulant therapy and Young's modulus value after anti-coagulation therapy in chronic DVT patients(P<0.05).And the elasticity index before anti-coagulation treatment is greater than the elasticity index after anti-coagulation treatment.Conclusions SWE technology could be used to quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of anticoagulant therapy for chronic DVT.
