摘要
选针电磁铁作为选针器的核心驱动部件,直接影响电脑提花圆纬机的效率和产能。在采用公式经验法设计选针电磁铁结构参数的基础上,结合有限元分析法,对选针电磁铁进行建模分析。采用Ansoft Maxwell仿真软件对铁芯直径、永磁体宽度、激磁线圈高度3个结构参数进行有限元分析,得到最佳值,提出优化设计方案,并对优化后的方案进行动态响应测试。结果表明,优化设计方案后选针电磁铁的电磁力和动态响应特性得到明显提升,整机系统工作稳定,编织效率提高。该研究对国产选针电磁铁的优化及整机系统质量的提升具有参考意义。
As the core driving component of needle selector,needle selection electromagnet directly affects the efficiency and productivity of the computer jacquard circular knitting machine.On the basis of designing the structure parameters of needle selection electromagnet by empirical formula method,combined with finite element analysis method,the modeling and analysis of needle selection electromagnet is carried out.Ansoft Maxwell simulation software is used to analyze the three structural parameters of iron core diameter,permanent magnet width and exciter coil height,the optimal value is obtained,and the optimal design scheme is proposed.The dynamic response of the optimized scheme is tested.The results show that the electromagnetic force and dynamic response characteristics of the needle selection electromagnet are improved obviously,the whole system works stably and the knitting efficiency is also improved,which has reference significance for the optimization of domestic needle selection electromagnet and the improvement of the whole machine system quality.
