基于“互联网+建筑”的优化工程造价考核的对策

摘要 基于我国基建项目规模的不断扩大,社会对工程造价人才的需求不断增加。随着“互联网+建筑”战略的深入实施,构建符合企业岗位要求的工程造价考核体系是适应我国职业教育改革发展的必然要求。长期以来,我国工程造价考核主要是以事后考核为主,缺乏对过程的考核,导致人才培养质量不高,因此,论文结合多年工作实践,阐述基于“互联网+建筑”环境下工程造价考核的现状,提出工程造价考核改革的具体对策。 Based on the continuous expansion of the scale of infrastructure projects in China,the social demand for engineering cost talents is increasing.With the in-depth implementation of the strategy of"internet+architecture",it is an inevitable requirement to build a project cost assessment system that meets the post requirements of enterprises to adapt to the reform and development of vocational education in China.For a long time,our country's engineering cost assessment is mainly based on post-assessment,which lacks the assessment of the process,resulting in the low quality of personnel training.Therefore,combined with many years of work practice,this paper expounds the current situation of project cost assessment based on the environment of"internet+architecture"and puts forward specific countermeasures for the reform of project cost assessment.
