基于iPad视频动画宣教对手足口病患儿治疗依从性及康复进程的效果评价 被引量:3

Evaluation on Effects of iPad Video Animation Education on Treatment Compliance and Rehabilitation Progress of Children Patients with Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease

摘要 目的探究基于iPad视频动画宣教对手足口病(HFMD)患儿治疗依从性及康复进程的效果评价。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月于郑州市第一人民医院接受治疗的102例HFMD患儿为受试对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组给予常规护理干预及一次性健康知识宣教,观察组在此基础上实施基于iPad视频动画宣教。比较两组患儿临床症状改善时间及住院时间,并对比入院时和出院前1天的负面情绪变化、护理舒适性及治疗依从性情况。结果观察组患儿临床症状改善时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。出院前1天,两组患儿儿童积极-消极情感量表(PANAS-C)中的消极情绪维度评分均较干预前显著降低(P均<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);积极情绪维度评分较干预前明显上升(P均<0.05),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院前1天,观察组患儿行为评估量表(FLACC)及舒适状况量表(GCQ)总分明显均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。出院前1天,观察组患儿总依从率为94.1%,显著高于对照组的80.4%(P<0.05),且两组之间各依从等级比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于iPad视频动画宣教可明显改善HFMD患儿临床症状及负面情绪,且干预过程患儿舒适度高,有利于治疗依从性的提高。 Objective To explore the evaluation effects of iPad video animation education on treatment compliance and rehabilitation progress of children patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 102 children patients with HFMD who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing intervention and one-time health knowledge education,and observation group was given iPad video animation education on this basis.The improvement times of clinical symptoms and hospital stay were compared between the two groups,and the changes of negative emotions,nursing comfort and treatment compliance were compared between admission and 1 day before discharge.Results The improvement times of clinical symptoms in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).At one day before discharge,the scores of negative emotion dimension of Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale for Children(PANAS-C)in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the scores of positive emotion dimension were significantly higher than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At one day before discharge,the total scores of The Face,Legs,Activity,Cry,Consolability Behavioral Scale(FLACC)and General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group during the same period(all P<0.05).At 1day before discharge,the total compliance rate in observation group(94.1%)was significantly higher than that in control group(80.4%,P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the compliance grading between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion iPad video animation educati
