稀土螯合物抑制土传病原菌的效果及其形态毒理机制 被引量:2

Effect of Rare Earth Chelate on Inhibiting Soil-Borne Pathogens and Its Morphological and Toxicological Mechanism

摘要 通过对腐霉菌(Pythium sp.)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)的平板抑菌试验,研究了不同浓度的稀土螯合物和申嗪霉素处理对3种土传病害病原菌菌丝生长及其形态的影响。结果表明:用于合成稀土螯合物的吲哚丁酸和LaCl3对3种病原菌的菌丝生长在试验所设浓度范围内未表现出明显的抑菌作用,而所有处理浓度下稀土螯合物和申嗪霉素处理均能对3种土传病害病原菌具有明显的抑制作用,但抑制力差异较大。稀土螯合物和申嗪霉素对3种病原菌的毒力范围分别在121~476和73~267 mg·L^-1之间。综合考虑EC50值和EC95值,两种活性物质对腐霉菌的抑制力排序为:申嗪霉素>RI;对立枯丝核菌和尖孢镰刀菌的抑制力排序为RI>申嗪霉素。不同浓度的稀土螯合物使3种病原菌菌丝形态发生类似的变化,通过引起菌丝的异常生长,菌丝细胞内容物外渗,菌丝出现不规则褶皱缢缩、弯曲、折叠甚至断裂现象,菌丝表面粗糙,多个菌丝发生融合、黏连现象,菌丝尖端有的膨大、有的扭曲变形,菌丝产生分支增多,节间变短等问题抑制病原菌的生长。 The effects of different concentrations of rare earth chelates and shenqinmycin on the hyphae growth and morphology of three kinds of soil-borne diseases were studied by means of the plate antibacterial experiments of Pythium sp,Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium solani.The results showed that indolebutyric acid and lanthanum chloride,which were used to synthesize rare earth chelates,had little inhibition on the mycelium growth of the three pathogenic bacteria in the concentration range set by the test,and the rare earth chelates and shenqinmycin had significant control effects on the three soil-borne pathogens at all the treatment concentrations.But their inhibition is quite different.The virulence range of the rare earth chelates and shenqinmycin against three pathogens was between 121~476 mg·L^-1 and 73~267 mg·L^-1,respectively.Considering the EC50 value and the EC95 value,the inhibitory order of the two active substances against Pythium sp.was:shenqinmycin>the rare earth chelates;the inhibition order of Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium solani was the rare earth chelates>shenqinmycin.Different concentrations of rare earth chelate make three similar changes in pathogen hyphae form,caused by abnormal growth of mycelium,hyphae cell content store permeability,hyphae appeared irregular fold constriction,bending,folding and even fracture phenomenon,hyphae rough surface,fusion,conglutination occur multiple hyphae,hyphae tips some bigger,some twisted,hyphae produced branch increased,internodes shorter problems restrained the growth of the pathogen.
