摘要
在新农村建设过程中,食用菌产业依托良好的经济、政策和市场条件获得了巨大发展,也反过来推进了新农村建设的进程。食用菌产业的发展对加快农村经营模式的转变、改善农村生产生活环境都有重要作用。食用菌产业不同层次的经济管理优化,能够在当前新农村建设中,准确把握产业反哺农村的节点,使食用菌产业发展成为新农村整体发展中不可分割的一部分。以广西金秀县食用菌产业经济管理为例,多维度分析食用菌产业经济管理特点,为食用菌行业健康发展提供借鉴。
Under the construction of a new countryside, the edible fungi industry has achieved great development relying on good economic, policy and market conditions, which in turn has promoted the process of new countryside construction. The development of the edible fungi industry has an important role in accelerating the transformation of the rural management model and improving the rural production and living environment. The optimization of economic management at different levels of the edible fungi industry can accurately grasp the nodes that the industry feeds back to the countryside under the current new rural construction, making the development of the edible fungi industry an integral part of the overall development of the new countryside. Taking the economic management of the edible fungi industry in Jinxiu county of Guangxi as an example, the economic management characteristics of the edible fungi industry are analyzed from multiple dimensions to provide reference for the healthy development of the edible fungi industry.
