摘要
选取2008—2017年中国282个地级以上城市的相关数据考察了科技创新对区域经济高质量发展的影响,发现如下结论:科技创新显著地正向影响区域经济高质量发展水平,城市科技创新产出中专利申请授权数越多,区域经济高质量发展水平越高;相对于小城市来说,大城市和中等城市的科技创新、财政支出、人力资本和政府干预等变量都显著正向影响区域经济高质量发展;相对于西部地区和东北地区而言,东部地区和中部地区的科技创新和所有控制变量都显著影响区域经济高质量发展水平,且影响程度更高。
Based on the relevant data of 282 cities at the prefecture level in China from 2008 to 2017, the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the high-quality development of regional economy is explored. The results show that: scientific and technological innovation has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development level of regional economy;the more number of authorized patent applications in the output of urban scientific and technological innovation, the higher the level of high-quality development of regional economy;the scientific and technological innovation, financial expenditure, human capital and government intervention in large and medium-sized cities have a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of regional economy, compared with those in small cities;scientific and technological innovation and all control variables in the eastern and central regions have a significant impact, with a higher degree, on the high-quality development level of regional economy, compared with those in the western and northeast region.
