肝功与血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的价值体会

摘要 目的:探析肝功与血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的价值。方法:2018年5月至2019年5月,选取在本院接受治疗的38例脂肪肝患者作为观察组,在同期选择38例健康体检者为对照组,对比检测结果。结果:LDL-C、TC、TG水平对比,观察组较对照组高;HDL-C水平对比,观察组较对照组低;GGT、AST、ALT水平对比,观察组较对照组高,P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论:检验肝功和血清学指标的水平可用于诊断脂肪肝,其应用价值较高。
