摘要
东北地区冬季气候寒冷,持续时间长,使得居民出行方式受到了限制,特别是慢行交通。本文首先分析了慢行交通出行的特点以及存在的问题,然后划分慢行单元,提出各单元的规划要点,并进行慢行网络以及慢行设施规划,最后分别从提高支路网密度、大力发展公共交通和鼓励“公交+慢行”的合理衔接三方面提出规划指引,旨在为寒冷城市慢行系统的打造提供参考。
Northeast China has a cold winter weather and a long duration,which restricts the way people travel,especially slow traffic.This article first analyzes the characteristics and problems of slow traffic travel,then divides the slow traffic units,proposes the planning points of each unit,and carries out the slow network and slow facility planning,and finally from the increase of branch network density and vigorous development Public transportation and encouraging the reasonable connection of“transit+slow travel”propose planning guidelines in three aspects,which are intended to provide a reference for the construction of the slow travel system in cold cities.
