摘要
当前高中体育与健康课程改革把“健康第一”“学生主体”放在教学首位,特别注重体能模块课程资源的整合、优化和创新,把“学生的主体需求”嵌入课程设计中,把“学生为本”书写在课程目标上,把“实现学生身体、心理、社会适应能力协调发展”贯穿于课程实施每个环节,有力促进了学生体能发展。本文从高中体育与健康课程体能模块教学的现状出发,对教学存在的问题进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了促进高中体育与健康课程体能模块教学的对策和建议。
Current high school sports and health curriculum reform put“student main body”of“health first”in the first place of teaching,with a special focus on physical module integration,optimization and innovation of curriculum resources,the“student's main body needs”is embedded in the curriculum design,“students originated”has been written in the curriculum target,“implementation students physical,psychological and social adaptation ability coordinated development”is applied in each section of the curriculum,which greatly promotes the development of students'physical fitness.Starting from the current situation of physical fitness module teaching in high school physical education and health curriculum,this paper analyzes the problems existing in teaching.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the teaching of physical fitness module of high school physical education and health curriculum.
