摘要
缸内直喷技术,也叫做GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection),就是直接将汽油喷入气缸内与进气混合的技术,喷射压力的高低取决于高压油泵的性能,高压油泵内部结构十分精密,高压油泵的唯一介质是汽油。汽油除了为发动机提供动力,同时也承担着高压油泵的冷却和润滑。本文主要通过燃油的不同摩擦系数对高压油泵的失效分析及改进方案的验证,以提高高压油泵的可靠性。
In-cylinder direct injection technology,also known as gasoline direct injection,is directly injecting gasoline into cylinder and mixing it with air.The injection pressure depends on performance of high pressure fuel pump,whose internal structure is very precise and the only medium for it is gasoline.Gasoline not only provides power to engine,but also cools and lubricates high pressure fuel pump.To improve reliability of high pressure fuel pump,this paper is to analyze high pressure fuel pump failure and validation plan with different coefficient.
