摘要
目的探讨雷火灸联合抗癌方外敷缓解胃癌患者术后癌性疼痛的效果。方法选择住院治疗的胃癌术后化疗患者50例为研究对象,均伴有不同程度的癌性疼痛。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组术后给予常规护理和规范化疼痛管理,观察组在对照组基础上增加雷火灸和抗癌方外敷。比较2组患者中医证候积分(胃痛、腹胀、反酸、嗳气、恶心、呕吐)及阿片类镇痛药使用情况。结果干预后,观察组患者中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组使用阿片类镇痛药的患者比例低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论雷火灸联合抗癌方外敷可改善胃癌患者术后癌性疼痛症状,减少阿片类镇痛药的使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with anti-cancer prescription external application on cancer pain relief of patients after surgery for gastric cancer.Methods Totally 50 gastric cancer patients suffering cancer pain during the period of postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.All patients received routine care and standardized pain management,and patients in the observation group were given Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with anti-cancer prescription external application.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(stomach pain,abdominal distension,sour regurgitation,eructation,nausea and vomiting)and the use of opioid analgesics were measured and compared between two groups.Results The scores of TCM syndrome were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).There was significantly lower proportion of patients receiving opioid analgesics in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with anti-cancer prescription external application is effective to relieve the cancer pain and reduce the use of analgesics in patients after surgery for gastric cancer.
